This here is the mascot of the the group ! He will be hosting your tournaments and what not, picking up fighters from across the multiverse! 

For anyone who cares, here's some more detailed information about him! For anyone who doesn't care, think about bunnies doing a dance!

Special Powers:
-Energy projectiles from his halo, including a powerful “Halo Beam” 
-Detachable wings and/or individual feathers can change into any object, notably swords, a bow and arrow, Gatling guns, and “The Grinder,” can also be used for infinite storage 
-Capable of light-speed+ flight that does not require the use of wings 
-Access to the Encyclopedia of the Ages (which he uses to quickly read up on his opponents, making him hard to outsmart) 
-Healing Powers (think Dende, but he can use powers on himself too)

Feats:
-Singlehandedly defeated the giant yeti, T. Boggin, Super-Master Ninja and his entire ninja army (whom he later healed), the Sea Hydra, and a demonic humanoid named Kevin, as well as throngs of other demonic minions 
-Effortlessly lifted a Ferris wheel after it had been knocked over and used various powers to repair it in base-form 
-Seraphim Mode transformation  
-Completely immune to Dark Influences and Magic-Based Abilities
